Vicki Sonnier the owner/instructor has worked in the food service and hospitality industry for 40 years. She has worked every aspect of food service from server, to bartender, to manager, to consultant. She has taught food service and hospitality training for the past 28 years, not only in her own business, but also with the Dallas County Community College District, since 1981. Vicki also taught the Certified Food Manager's Certification for Tarleton State University from 1993-1997. In 2008 The Greater Dallas Council on Alcoholism asked Vicki to teach the TABC Seller Training for the Alliance on Under Age Drinking(ALOUD). |
